1. Information We Collect

When you create a Formulate 360 account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and subscription tier. We also collect usage data — formulas created, documents generated, AI queries made — solely to operate the service and enforce per-tier usage limits. We do not sell, rent, or share your formulation data, ingredient lists, or product specifications with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Formulate 360 formulation workspace
• To process subscription payments via Stripe (we do not store payment card details)
• To enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier
• To send service-related emails (account updates, billing notices)
• To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensure each user can only access their own data. AI processing requests are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) for inference only — your formulation data is not used by these providers for model training.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features (formula drafting, SOP generation, compliance review, intelligence research), your formula data and prompts are transmitted to our AI provider for processing. Responses are returned directly to you and stored in your account. We do not share your AI conversations or formulation data with external parties beyond the inference provider.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking. You remain in control of your session.

6. Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@formulate360.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account from the Settings page at any time, which permanently removes all your data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email and/or in-app notice. Continued use of Formulate 360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
